Business Change Manager Sr. or Director*
Location: Thousand Oaks or Work at Home in California

*Level will be determined by skills and experience of selected candidates.*

Business Change Manager Sr.
Responsible for working with management to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Identifies potential issues, project change, and scope; leads efforts to identify best practices; identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required; develops and designs processes and systems that support business need; designs methods for integrating function and process; conducts cost/benefit analyses; builds support for business change throughout the business unit, Requires a BS/BA in related field; 8-10 years of process improvement, business change or project related experience that includes experience in successfully developing and managing projects with fairly significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Knowledge of Senior business preferred.

Business Change Director
Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of regional planning and project activities. May specialize in one area of organization effectiveness (planning, project portfolio, or culture/change) or be assigned to directly support an area of the business unit and ensure activities are aligned with regional strategy. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Aligns and implements the planning methodology and practices that support the regional planning process; provides project management/portfolio oversight across the business unit; identifies and address changes to the operating model to align the organization to the business plan; provides process, project, and change management methodology coaching/consulting support to both local and regional initiatives; leads the project prioritization and scheduling activities for the region; provides expertise to the business areas in culture/change management activities; provides expertise in process planning activities; provides expertise in portfolio management activities; supports the execution of the operating plan for the region. Requires a BA/BS; 10 years managing mid to large-scale change/project initiatives including knowledge of planning models and methodology, project management and change management experience (strategic and execution); or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Masters degree preferred. Knowledge of Senior business preferred.
