This is your opportunity to act as an evangelist and use your talents in a successful entrepreneurial company where quality is not embedded in the organization. You will be responsible for maturing a current quality system by using your influence to build the quality function. You will also be responsible for gaining the credibility of and educating the employee team on the benefit and importance of the quality system in a non imposing fashion. The ideal candidate will be energized by challenge of developing the product and corporate quality function (versus supplier quality) and ideally will have done so in a start up environment at some point in their career.

Requirements:
* Must have previous employment history in a Quality Management role with a semiconductor organization.
* 10 years in product /quality/reliability engineering management including semiconductor reliability.
* Successful history of developing product and corporate quality function.
* Must have proven ability to develop employee relationships and educate teams on the end result of quality excellence importance.
* BSEE preferred, alternate degrees will be considered
* Enjoys Challenge
* Experience with overseas manufacturers.
* Strong familiarity with ISO9001:2000 ISO9000 surveillance
