SSi-SEARCH, Inc., is an executive search firm that focuses exclusively on healthcare technology leaders.
We seek a Sr Search Executive for our Buckhead location (which we are finalizing). This is a 1099 fee share based role (commission). When you consider the impact that the stimulus program ($17B) will have on jobs to the HCIT sector of the industry this is an outstanding opportunity to earn high commissions. SSi's business is well positioned as we are focused exclusively on healthcare technology roles.
SSi-SEARCH specializes in the recruitment of CIO, Clinical Informatics, Consulting and Business Development executives for healthcare. We work with a diverse and growing list of healthcare providers, payers, consulting, and HCIT firms from coast to coast.
We currently seek Business Development Executives focused on Search (Recruiting) that are accomplished, experienced professionals in the healthcare technology industry. The focus on this role is to deliver executive search services that are highly consultative and partnership oriented with the focus of establishing relationships for on-going business. Consultants are responsible for business development and, most importantly, ensuring successful closure of searches. Search Executives are the face of SSi and maintain contact with each client during and after the course of the search assignment. Search executives are the key person responsible for the client partnership.

Requirements include:
*Healthcare / Healthcare Informatics background of at least 5 years prefer 10;
*Sales / Business Development background of at least 5 years;
*Experience / understanding software implementations with major software vendors;
*Client Focused Approach - meet client commitments and timelines;
*Outstanding phone skills;
*Search experience is not required but highly desired;
*Proficiency using a recruiting or search software highly desired.
Location
1) Atlanta (will work from the Buckhead location at Monarch Plaza – Ritz Carlton)
