POSITION OVERVIEW:
Drive Quicken acquisition strategies and tactics
• Leverage analysis of available business data to drive implications for go-forward business planning and determine key business strategies
•Translate business strategies into actionable execution plans to drive acquisition growth
•Gain organizational alignment on key business plans
Lead consumer research learning plan development and execution
•Identify and prioritize key business questions
•Leverage consumer insight partners to translate business questions into research and testing plan
•Turn research/testing learnings into actionable business recommendations
Lead development of revenue model for Quicken Online
•Identify and prioritize opportunities and develop testing plan drive Quicken Online revenue
Lead competitive analysis at the business strategy level with clear recommendations for sustained CTG advantages.
Apply creativity to problem solving and utilize analytic skills and modeling capabilities to provide ongoing insight into the business and make recommendations and decisions

Qualifications:•7-10 years business experience leading complex marketing strategy development and cross functional execution.
•3-5 years experience marketing consumer packaged goods or technology consumer goods
•3-5 years experience in web or software application marketing
•Excellent communication and presentation skills with senior management.
•Experience in marketing/brand management that includes:
­Online and Offline marketing
­Creation and execution of marketing plans.
­Managing external vendors/ agencies.
­Ability to translate customer insight into business action
­Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and lead a team to deliver strong results
­Strong creative problem-solving and analytical skills
•Excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
•Proven track record of success leading cross-functional teams.
•Strong results orientation and decision making skills: take-charge attitude and champion of innovative ideas.
•Requires a Bachelors degree, MBA preferred
