Job Description
The Sr. Business Development Manager will be responsible for an overall business development strategy, analysis, capture and support of a DOD, Federal Civilian, and State and Local integrator practice. This individual must be able to design, plan and execute at every level of the business development process and will be located out of Tampa, FL. Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Development Manager responsibilities include: * Design, execute, and maintain strategic plan for each business unit. * Manage and organize trade shows, conferences, commercial events. * Negotiate with other partners on technical and commercial proposals including estimated costs necessary for the execution of the project. * Prepare and update their own sales budget each quarter in line with annual goals.

Requirements:
* Minimum 7-10 years of business development experience. * Understanding of both professional services and hardware related sales. * Knowledgeable in federal contracting. * Strong verbal/written communication skills. * Experience with overall IT infrastructure architecture. * Ability to negotiate contracts and teaming agreements. * Understanding of the lifecycle sales process. * Proven track record of winning work.

Education/Certifications:
* Bachelor degree, Masters degree preferred. Special Skills:
* Background in DoD Special Operations Communications. * Excellent problem solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies. * Strong organizational skills and detail oriented. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Level of Security Clearance
