Key Role:
Lead a large planning, scheduling, cost, and financial workstream for a major aviation systems engineering program. Direct relationships with senior clients, including SES level and lead a workstream across a large contract team. Lead the team of functional analysts, planners, schedulers, earned value managers, cost estimators, and financial managers.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -12 years of experience with planning, scheduling, cost, and financial management specifically in the aviation arena -5 years of experience with managing and developing staff -Experience with the aviation industry and FAA -Ability to obtain a security clearance -BA or BS degree required -Cost Estimating and Analysis, Government Financial Management, or Program Management Professional Certification required

Additional Qualifications: -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -MA or MS degree preferred
