Key Role:
Join a team that performs analysis supporting DoD clients using a variety of capability-based decision support tools and methodologies. Assist the capabilities-based analysis team with growing their service offerings based on architectural and JCIDS analyses in the Navy market, specifically NAVSEA. Lead and execute business development around MSW&A capabilities. Work in a fast-paced, highly flexible client environment and interact with clients and senior staff members in the defense community. Maintain responsibility for building and managing a support team.

QualificationsBasic Qualifications: -15 years of experience with government or industry in a defense research analysis or systems engineering capacity -10 years of experience with supporting NAVSEA HQ or one of its resource sponsors -10 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, or other project management tools -5 years of experience with NAVSEA business development
-Secret clearance -MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications: -Knowledge of the NAVSEA organization and its mission, roles, and functions -Possession of excellent presentation and problem-solving skills -Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills -TS/SCI clearance -MA or MS degree in Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
