Essential duties include, but are not limited to:
* Provides oversight of an operations unit of up to 30 Customer Care Reps
* Leading associates through change, bias for action, establishing & meet high performance standards a must
* May be responsible for establishing department policies and procedures.
* Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
* Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports; may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business
* Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills:
* BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience required.* Requires intense ability to manage multiple priorities, innovation and customer focus call center, system migration, strategic operations management experience highly desired.* Requires a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role in addtion to 2 years related customer service experience. * Health care/Managed care call center experience required.* Inventory management a must.* Facets knowledge helpful. * Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills a must.* Position will require Frontline Manager/leadership testing.
