Federal Sales & Marketing Specialist: Ecology and Environment, Inc. is a fully integrated environmental consulting firm whose underlying philosophy is its worldwide commitment to supporting sustainable development through responsible environmental stewardship. We are currently seeking candidates for our Arlington, VA office to lead marketing and contracting efforts related to our GSA Federal Supply Schedules.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating E & E marketing and management of GSA Federal Supply Schedules, including preparation and review of marketing materials and attendance at regional conferences and seminars
• Developing overall Federal marketing programs directed at existing MAS IDIQ contracts
• Interface with Federal and GSA Contract managers on procurements involving MAS IDIQ Schedules
• Manage acquisition process that includes use of electronic data base, E & E marketing consultants, and E & E sales personnel in targeted MAS IDIQ procurements
• Maintain and train E & E personnel in contract administration including reviewing, filing, tracking electronically, and distributing GSA RFQs/RFPs
• Develop and maintain relationships with GSA clients and GSA contracting officers
• Coordinate GSA activities with E&E and it subsidiary staff throughout the U.S. on all GSA related issues

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Minimum five years experience with use of GSA Federal Schedules
• Understanding of GSA and its federal agency user base in Washington, DC and throughout the U.S.
• Wide breadth of experience with federal agencies in acquisition of environmental and energy programs
• Familiarity with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) preferred
• Excellent organizational skills, proven abilities in the area of independent action needed, and willingness and ability to participate in team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
