This position will manage the budget for outsourcing engagements, manage all invoicing, payment processing and accounts management for supplier services, as well as work on strategic outsourcing planning and provide input to development and AOP budget planning activities. This position will also be involved in the negotiation of additions and changes to existing contracts, statements of work, and service level agreements.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
The candidate will work with a team of senior managers within the development organization that initiates and manages service level agreements. This position will have the overall control of the budget for outsourcing engagements, as well as work on the comprehensive strategic financial plan. The positions responsibilities and accountabilities include:
* Preparation, analysis and presentation of financial reports, budgets and operational statistics for management. * Invoicing, payment processing and accounts management for all partner .
* Establish and implement policies and procedures that will provide adequate internal controls of the vendor supplier relationship.
* Oversee program month-end closing, financial Reporting, and other contract compliance matters.
* Develop and negotiate contract term sheets based on business and project requirements and risk mitigation strategy.
* Develop and negotiate contract terms and conditions and associated statements of work and service level agreements.
* Ensure via collaboration with legal that all elements of the legal risk mitigation strategy are addressed.
* Ensure consistent application of financial structures driving quality, on-time and on-budget performance.
* Refine contracting strategies based on internal learning's and industry best practices.
* Provide support in M&A analysis and other ad-hoc projects.
* Provide support in various ad-hoc projects and financial analysis.
Job Requirements:
* B.S./B.A. degree
* 8 years experience
*
Experience working directly for technology software and service providers in a consulting, project management, contract management, and relationship management capacity.
