Join Manpower Professional as a Business Development Manager where you'll work as an entrepreneur in a team environment with unlimited earning potential. Your responsibilities will be challenging. Your level of empowerment - high. Your days will be fast-paced.

Requirements:
-Develops account sales plans/approaches with the Managing Director on target prospect and active accounts.
- Identifies prospects and develops sales strategies to secure new business within the IT and/or Engineering vertical(s).
- This may include sales calls, competitive analysis, coordination of presentations and proposals, in-office demonstrations, direct mail campaigns, and follow up activity coordinated within that plan/approach.
- Conducts prospect, active, and inactive account sales calls.
- Functions as primary sales resource on identified business, higher gross profit margin target accounts and responsible for creating the account plan and coordinating the approach and communication strategy with the Managing Director.

QUALIFICATIONS
You're Persuasive. Competitive. A Driver. You love consultative selling and building long-term relationships that impact the success and growth of companies.
You have at least 2 years outside staffing sales experience in a quota driven environment. You thrive on networking, negotiating and closing. Engineering and/or IT background is highly desired.
Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Engineering, IT, Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience is required.
Knowledge of one of more of the following industries: IT, Engineering
Understanding of technical/professional services industry experience is preferred.
