What You'll Do 

Design and develop instructional material to support AGI/MASINT related training programs for intelligence analysts and other staff at the National Air & Space Intelligence Center (NASIC) Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.   
Work both independently and in a team environment, integrating the efforts of a training manager, subject-matter experts, and others to quickly access, design, develop and maintain training deliverables.
Write instructional objectives; design lessons, and develop assessment instruments that measure students learning; design and interpret a variety of needs analysis; implement research and evaluation methodologies; troubleshoot instructional and learning problems in a variety of settings; train analysts and teammates; make effective oral and written presentations; establish cooperative working relationships with persons contacted in the course of performing duties.
May be responsible for conducting training courses for groups when necessary
Build relationships with internal and external partners to leverage existing information and resources.
Travel is less than 10%.

 
What You'll Need   

Must have excellent human relations and communication skills and work in a team environment with military, DoD civilians and contractors.
Ability to quickly learn complicated technologies.
Experience developing training courseware using an established instructional systems development methodology is required. Experience with US Air Force Instructional Systems Development Methodology (AFM 36-2234) is preferred.
Demonstrated technical writing and briefing skills are necessary. 
BA or BS in Instructional Systems Development, Communication, Education or technical field plus 4 or more years experience. 
In addition to the typical educational and experience requirements, a demonstrated capability to adequately perform the essential functions and responsibilities of the position and exhibit the skills and competencies of the grade level will be considered. Each higher level degree, i.e. Master's degree or Ph.D. may substitute for two years of experience. Related experience may be considered in lieu of education.
