Join the Unum team on an as-needed (per diem) basis. This position will not be part-time or full-time and is not eligible for benefits, but is ideal for individuals looking to offer their expertise on an as needed and flexible basis, and to bring in extra income.

On-call benefit counselors are responsible for delivering professional and educational need-based benefit presentations to diverse employee audiences.

We offer training and Unum certification (including product and presentation materials), expense management, continuing education reimbursement and direct deposit.

Unum has sales offices across the country and is looking for qualified benefit counselors in all geographic locations.

Skills:
* Proven group presentation experience and/or group employee benefit experience including 1-on-1 laptop enrollments, required* Insurance sales experience a plus* A state insurance license is required for this role, including any special state licensing requirements for Long Term Care* The ideal candidate will have scheduling flexibility to effectively meet our customers' needs and a PC computer with Internet to access office communications* Fluency in Spanish a plus.Come join us if you're interested in working in an exciting and challenging environment for a company that is on the move!
