RESPONSIBILITIES
Grow specific and defined vertical markets
Target the employees of key accounts/opportunities with an employee benefit program
Focus on strategic selling, and innovative ways to promote our new programs Partner with the Account Executives on their larger, more strategic sales opportunities
Team with our internal partners to touch new grounds in shipping sales
Daily cold calling
Professional networking
Skillfully closing sales
Creating winning proposals
Provide excellent customer service
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years selling to C level prospects
Strong executive contacts within mid-market accounts
Demonstrated history of sales achievements
Good listening skills
Business to Business sales experience
Knowledge of supply chain and logistics (helpful)
Highly motivated by an aggressive compensation plan
Sharp presentation and written communication skills
Sales skill necessary to meet or exceed sales goals and objectives
Entrepreneurial spirit
Serious work ethic
Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Ability to work in the field up to 90% of the time within your local geographic territory
