is led by some of the most trusted names in cardiology group-practice and service line management. Company has extensive experience in cardiology practice, hospital cardiovascular service line and effective practice operational management as well as, leadership in providing financial and strategic results and developing joint-ventures and service-line optimization agreements. We are seeking a career minded Executive Director to join our corporate team of thirteen Cardiologists and additional support staff in Erie, PA.
Executive Director
Reporting directly to the practice Board and Company President, as the Executive Director you will lead the strategic and operational functions of the practice while performing the following duties:
* Present an excellentimage in perception and in fact as an ambassador of Company to thepractice and local community.
* Facilitate effective andefficient practice Board functioning and decision-making.
* Develop an effectivepartnership/trusting relationship with all local physicians, managementstaff, support staff and local practice partners (ex: hospital andreferring physician partners).
* Develop an effectivepartnership/trusting relationship with Company leadership and all Company business partners.
* Lead the practice byexample with regard to work ethic, positive communication, effectiveleadership, ethical standards and achievement of results.
* Develop and oversee thepractice mission, vision and long-term strategic plan.
* Leadership in developingand implementing the local physician Board/Companyapproved business plan.
* Supervise all managementstaff Ensure implementation of management staff business plans, completionof management staff evaluations and performance reviews and conductingregular management staff coordination meetings.
* Oversee the business andfinancial aspects of the practice, including: developing and implementingthe Board approved budget, Accounts Payable functions, Accounts Receivablefunctions and all general accounting functions.
* Ensure compliance withall federal and state regulations, especially those governing health caredelivery Stark, anti-kickback, HIPAA.
Qualifications:
The highly qualified candidate will possess a Bachelors degree in business administration and an MBA/MHA is highly preferred with superior communication and organizational skills.
