2VP Information Technology – PMO position with Travelers Insurance
Location: Hartford, Connecticut

JOB SUMMARY:

Plans at a strategic level encompassing both professional and managerial responsibility for the timely, cost effective completion of the design, development or implementation of all new development projects and maintenance and enhancement of highly complex information systems.
Responsibilities have a cross-organizational impact.


PRIMARY DUTIES:

Creates strategic technology plans for area of organizational responsibilities
Directs team to accomplish business, corporate and departmental goals and objectives on the corresponding LOB management team and is responsible for all information systems support to the LOB
Recognized technology leader in the effort to utilize technology to develop and/or redesign the organization's process
