We are currently looking for a LEAD SAP BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST--BI/BW to work in our Global Implementation Team.

In this exciting role, the ideal candidate would be based in beautiful Holland, Michigan (a 3 hour drive from Chicago). We are implementing SAP globally and this candidate would lead business process, systems, and technology planning for Haworth’s global business operations. They would provide primary coordination and communication among all business functional area(s) and Business Warehouse (BW)/Business Intelligence (BI) area. They would lead the business warehouse group in designing, developing, and implementing appropriate back-end structures (including information sources Object Data Storage [ODS] and Info Cubes) and front-end objects in BW/BI environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Information Management, related business field, or equivalent.
• Eight years business functional area experience or systems development related experience with participation on successful project teams, including experience with budget preparation and administration in manufacturing industry and/or as consultant and three years “hands-on” data warehousing development experience, including data modeling, data extraction, creating reports, monitoring and resolving performance issues, and supporting and training end users.
• Must include two years experience deploying SAP BW version 3.5 or higher and Systems, Applications, Processes (SAP) R/3 version 4.6 or higher; must have knowledge of BW/BI standard content and content enhancements.
• Advanced Business Application Programming (ABAP) coding experience required.
• Must have SAP knowledge of BW/BI standard content and content enhancements (Extraction, Transformation, and Load [ETL], custom extractors, Operational Data Store [ODS], cubes, MultiProviders, Analysis Process Designer [APD], Infosets, and process chains) and reporting (query development using BEX Analyzer, Web Application Designer [WAD], and Broadcaster).
• Understanding of SAP ECC source data with knowledge of Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Controlling and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA), and Sales and Distributing (SD), Production Planning (PP), Materials Management (MM), and Variant Configurator as it relates to SAP BI and master data.
• Experience with multiple implementations and production environments of BW using ECC 5.0 or later preferred.
• Experience with reporting from Variant Configurator preferred.
• Experience with Business Objects highly preferred.
• Ability to travel overnight away from “home” offices, including internationally, up to 25 percent of time, at times with very short notice.
