You ***MUST HAVE the following requirements to be considered: Extensive discrete component level troubleshooting experience is required in addition to academic requirements.   It is desirable that this position has a minimum of one of the following:
·         6 to 10 years - Electronics Technician
·         4 to 6 years - Senior Electronic Technician
·         1 to 2 years - Technical Lead
·         1 to 2 years - Electronics Engineering Technician
 
Duties include, but are not limited to, layout, build, test, troubleshoot, repair, and modify developmental and production electronic components, parts, equipment, and systems by applying principles and *** theories of electronics, electrical circuitry, engineering mathematics, electronic and electrical testing, and physics.    
Specialized Requirements:  
·       Computers and Electronics -- Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, electronic equipment, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.
·       Engineering and Technology -- Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology. This includes applying principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment to the design and production of various goods and services.
·       Design -- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
·       Mathematics -- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
·       Mechanical -- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Physics – Knowledge of laws / properties as it relates to visible and invisible radiation along with radiofrequency
