Successful, growing company has an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales manager. You must have prior success selling high-end conceptual solutions and products to end-users at medium and large sized companies in a highly competitive market. You must also have exceptional hunting and closing skills, be effective in overcoming resistance and be able to work independently without supervision.

Must be a hard-working self-starter and have the desire to earn more than your current income. You must also be able to set behavior metrics and hold individuals accountable
, as well as be able to demonstrate an ability to manage team members in a resistant market against heavy competition. Must have at least two years sales experience, and three years sales manager experience, be trainable, and have a tremendous desire to earn over $175,000.00 within two years. Experience with prospecting, selling conceptual solutions, recruiting, training, and managing these behaviors a plus.
