Job Purpose The project manager will coordinate the implementation of voice and data eVOLVE solutions with medium to high complexity. The PM will be the single point of contact for internal groups and external customers and vendors through project completion. The focus/goal is a timely and cost effective install while ensuring accuracy and QOS along with meeting the customers/vendors expectations. Attendance is required in this position Essential Functions 25% - Conduct an analysis of sales orders for accuracy in regards to billing and application - engage internal groups to outline gaps and solve problems to reduce risk of issues during the install 25% - Manage and coordinate project activities including circuit and POTS line installations, new number activations, port orders, 911 and directory services, equipment and switch programming and field services dispatches 25% - Coordinate implementation of services with customers and external vendors – will remain the single point of contact throughout the project 10% - Coordinate implementation of service with internal groups including sales, network engineering, provisioning and field services 15% - Day of Installation point of contact – responsible until resolution for any issues that may arises Education Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Experience / Background 3 to 5 years Previous Job Experience Project Management and Telecommunication Experience required Experience managing multi-location and/or complex technical projects including VoIP applications and working with technical personal Experience engaging with sales professionals and sales engineers and driving effective solutions for gaps that occur between the two groups Special Knowledge / Skills / Abilities High degree of organizational skills Strong Communication Skills Customer Focused Attitude High energy level who thrives on a busy environment High level of independence and leadership ability Identify and report relevant issues and delays to management and technical personnel Problem Solving Skills Supervisory Responsibilities No Supervisory Responsibility
