Family Practice job for Louisiana. Moderate volume, extended care outpatient facility is looking for an experienced, competent, either GP/FP/EM/IM physician who is a viable candidate for limited or full hospital staff credentialing. Base is paid plus a very competitive performance bonus quarterly with benefits that should easily begin at around $200K/year and could possibly exceed this by a substantial amount. This is a fee for service payment structured area. If physician works out, after three years, is the opportunity to buy in as partner/owner. Physician must be able to work in an organized structure, open learn the business of medicine. No hospital call anticipated. Facility is well operated, and we invite our physicians input, and are open to tailoring a seamless, supportive, operational relationship. This combination allows the physician to have a very fulfilling and effective practice, without the burden of managing the host of mundane responsibilities of a private practice.
