JOB DESCRIPTION
Manager will be solved in activities to help in the development of our client’s strategy, with the objective of growing the company's business base, ensuring that the organization is well positioned to establish and sustain competitive advantage in its markets and deliver value added services to its customers and required financial returns to the shareholders. These activities will include competitive analysis, market assessments, industry analysis and portfolio evaluations. The Manager will also be the liaison to a business unit, interacting with senior management in support of P&L strategy development.

Additionally, the Manager will lead multi-functional teams in evaluation strategic opportunities that span multi-P&L's. Finally, the manager may be involved in merger, acquisition, joint venture or other equity investment activities including evaluation of opportunities, due diligence, deal negotiation and transition to the P&L.


QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree with 10+ years experience.
MS or MBA with 7+ years experience.
Very strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills are essential in this role.
Must be effective in driving results with indirect reporting relationships, gaining credibility and respect with people at all levels in the organization, both inside and outside the company.
Need to be solutions-oriented with an ability to identify and understand organizational impacts of business strategy.
Strong project management skills are required in this position.
