JOB DESCRIPTION

Sourcing resumes as per to client's requirements
Screening and short listing of CVs, interviewing the short-listed candidates.
Also responsible of scheduling and coordinating the interview with the clients and also arranging for it.
Getting the feedback from the clients.
Understanding the requirements Sourcing from Databank / Various job Portals.
Follow up with the selected candidates (pre and post recruitment)
Posting the requirements in different jobs sites.
