We are currently looking for a qualified Senior Sales Executive (Senior Solution Strategist) to join our Sales Team at our office in San Francisco, CA.
This position is responsible for understanding, validating (both from a financial and technology perspective) and proving the value of CAs solutions in context to the business and IT objectives of our Customers and Partners. This position will work closely with the AD/AM, Channel Account Managers, members of the TSO/Pre-Sales team, and related roles (such as the Business Manager and Business Unit Representatives) to help drive Sales opportunities from identification and qualification right through closure by developing and driving an effective and efficient Sales strategy.
Key Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years IT industry and/or IT technical sales related experience, focused on Security related solutions, Threat Management, Identity and Access Management (IAM) and/or Security Information Management (SIM)
• Experience working with Fortune 1000 customers, sales personnel, customer service, coupled with a strong understanding of the industry disciplines, technologies
• Must have the demonstrated ability to present to, and sell to, Fortune 1000 senior IT managers
• Strong skills in Communication, Time Management, Presentation, Technical, Business, and Consultative Sales
• Bachelor's Degree in Technology related field is preferred
• Business travel of approximately 75% regionally is required
