CTB's comprehensive range of formative and summative assessments, reporting tools, instructional programs, software, and services are built upon a tradition of research, innovation, and technical quality that benefit learners of all ages.   We are seeking a  Sr. Requirements Analyst for the Technology department in our Nashville, Tennessee location.   Here's what you will get to do: Review business requirements and other internal or external project documents.  Work with the project team and stakeholders to discover and document Technology requirements for a software product.   Work with Technology developers and QA analysts providing detailed requirements that are complete and clear ensuring quality customer deliverables that meet the customers' contractual agreements on time and within budget.   Review QA test plans and procedures to ensure requirements are adequately tested.   Here is what YOU will need to be successful: 5+ years of software development life cycle (SDLC) experience as a business or technical analyst, software developer, or quality assurance analyst Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong communication skills--written and verbal--with both business and technical personnel Initiative and the ability to work independently Ability to define and document high-level software requirements along with time and cost estimates using standard templates Ability to lead a small team of requirements analysts For more information, visit www.ctb.com .
