We are seeking an experienced Los Angeles based Interactive Project Manager / Producer for a long-term project. In this position, you will be the primary manger responsible for managing the execution of an interactive project from concept through development and delivery.

This includes liaising with clients (and other stakeholders), managing resources, project scheduling and management, budget tracking and status reporting - and any related factors that affect project success to ensure delivery of product within time, cost and quality parameters while maintaining a positive "can do" attitude that promotes a high performance team and supports account management in maintaining client relationships and expectations.

Job Responsibilities:?* Possess an expert understanding of digital production to managing complex digital projects and the flexibility to lead multi-disciplinary, teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.?* Define a project approach and develop an associated project plan?* Manage and deliver projects on-time and on-budget and/or manage multiple smaller projects simultaneously.?* Independently and actively manage all aspects of the project: scope, issues/risks, schedule, budget, quality, communication and team on a daily basis?* Facilitate all project planning required for project kick-off and implementation?* Work closely with team on an ongoing basis to ensure project requirements are ?clearly defined, met and understood. Manage communications among ? project team members and stakeholders?* Collaborate with leads from all functional departments to ensure assignments are clear and deadlines met?* Identify and resolve issues that may impact project scope, delivery schedule, or cost?* Escalate senior level issues to account and company leadership?* Provide regular status reports to client and agency team members
?Qualifications:?* Excellent written and verbal communication skills?* Expert knowledge of Project Management principles, methods & techniques: ? Scope management, change management, team communication, cost management, project planning, financial (budgeting, forecasting, tracking,reporting).?* Minimum 3-5 years experience managing a variety of solutions involving web application development, creative/user experience design and marketing strategy?* Expert knowledge of all facets of web development including strategies, design, implementation, and user adoption.?* Working knowledge of MS Project and Microsoft Office?* Possesses high degree of diplomacy and business acumen

Project based position that has the potential to become a full time staff position. Full benefits, pay commensurate with experience. You must work inhouse at our west Los Angeles offices, no telecommuting is possible in this position.
