Our client is looking for a HR Manager for one of their plant locations in North Central Ohio. This position offers relocation for the ideal candidate! Salary range of $85-110k plus 15% bonus opportunity.

Description:

• Partner with and report to Plant Manager-to enhance the efficiency of lean manufacturing operations.
• Facilitate HR initiatives.
• Manage a Team of HR Professionals who are responsible for employee relations, recruitment, training & development, safety, compensation, benefits, and performance management.
• Supervisory and employee development.
• Growth potential within company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience to include management of an HR Team.
• Non-union, lean manufacturing environment and large Mfg facility experience (500+ employees).
• Demonstrated experience implementing key HR initiatives as a Strategic Business Partner.
• Demonstrated strategic involvement in driving organizational change and high impact programs vs a tactical HR Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
