Requirements:
Attributes sought:
. 5 years of either M&A and/or management consulting experience
. Insurance industry preferred; financial services sufficient as well
. MBA preferred or college degree with significant insurance experience or CFA charter holders
. Needs to be a problem solver with strong analytical skills
. Strong accounting and presentation skills
. Cultural sensitivity to work with leaders from various regions around the world
. Willing to learn and need to be a strong team player

Description:
Support M&A and IPO transactions.
. Conduct market analysis and develop strategic alternatives
. Conduct detailed valuation analysis and due diligence of acquisition targets
. Work with functional experts (e.g., tax, legal, accounting, Bus, HR,IT etc.)
. Prepare presentations to be used for team and senior management meetings
. Manage projects and coordinate activities with various region and country leaders
. Manage execution and integration plans
Support restructuring projects
. Work with functional experts and develop effective solutions
. Ability to grasp big pictures as well as detailed solutions
. Manage projects and communicate findings to senior management
. Develop restructuring steps and manage progress / make corrective actions
. Various other tasks as needed
