Maintaining a safe environment for clients, employees, and co-workers
Promote positive public relations by offering courteous services to all tenants, visitors, guests and respond to their requests
Control Access to building and monitor visitors activities
Provide and Maintain proficiency with sites life safety systems/ and or central panels
Be able to assist in emergency situations: fires, evacuations, human crisis
Have the right mentality to be able to communicate with supervisor/managers on issues related to safety and your occupation
Monitor properties and maintain daily logs and shift reports at all times
