The School Education Group is seeking a highly organized, customer interfacing Digital Product Account Manager for our Bothell, WA location. Here's what you will get to do: Develop a strategy for obtaining pilots for CDI created innovative products Work with ISSA sales team and the Promethean partnership for leads Work with SR. Management to develop a pilot conversion program and appropriate incentives Develop and track pilot pipeline and conversions Manage relationship with pilots Manage and monitor Ning sites Conduct regular meetings for customer feedback Work with regional consultants to schedule in-person support visits Lead product training strategy development and implementation for both internal and external customers Lead the effort, working closely with Customer Support to implement pre-sale and post-sale trainings Attend national and regional sales meetings Present product at selected trade shows and partner meetings Create a gold-glove customer support system Search for and complete RFPs that would open new opportunities Create marketing materials for new products Here is what YOU will need to be successful: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, education or related field 3-5 years of inside sales, customer support, training, or marketing, preferably in the field of education or publishing Excellent communication skills, analytical and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage complex large-scale projects and supervise personnel assigned to those projects Experience managing people and resources Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a very fast-paced work environment Diverse computer skills, expert-level in MS Excel and Word, and some knowledge of multimedia tools Highly organized and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change Ability to lead and collaborate actively with others on cross-functional teams Here are additional skills we hope YOU have: Progressive responsibilities managing various technical projects with proven leadership abilities Knowledge of secondary educational technology and of math classroom practice and products is highly desirable For more information, visit www.mheducation.com .
