REQUIRED:

MUST have a bachelor’s degree with a technical influence (i.e. Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.). THIS IS NOT A FLEXIBLE REQUIREMENT.

5+ years of STRONG/CURRENT programming in VB.net or C# or ASP.NET 2.0 and 3.5 development with STRONG/CURRENT Windows services and Web Services development experience.

Must have 3 years of STRONG/CURRENT e-business applications development.

3 years STRONG/CURRENT XML and MS SQL Server 2005 programming.

2 years performing in a Sr. Development role hands on with MICROSOFT technologies.

Must have STRONG knowledge of SOA development disciplines.

MUST have excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and have the demeanor to interact heavily with executive management and key/critical customers.

Candidates should be local to the Chicago metropolitan area, but may consider non-local candidates if from a nearby geographic market where travel expense/relocation costs do not exist.

Pluses: AJAX.

DUTIES: You will be responsible for: (1) As a Sr. Developer leading key development initiatives for an organization which has an expansive e-business demand, working with a team of developers during the entire FSLC (Full Systems Life Cycle); (2) Hands on design and development in C#, VB.Net, ASP.NET, HTML, JavaScript, MVC, XML/XSLT, and MS SQL Server; (3) In the role of senior developer, leading the development of many Internet and Intranet based e-business projects with a particular focus on SOA (Service Oriented Architecture); (4) Providing troubleshooting through resolution of any issues that arise.
