Seeking a business leader with a very technical tax background including the following:
1. International (Inbound and Outbound)
2. FAS 109/FIN 48 (Tax Provision Prep, Planning, and Review)
3. R&D (Tax Planning and Study, Credits & Incentives)
4. Cost Segregation and Fixed Assets Review
5. Mergers and Acquisitions
6. Experience in Complex Returns for Public Corporations
