Position Description:The candidate must have technical experience with mainframe to be considered. Provide quality service for the implementations and ongoing management of eligibility relationships. Interacting with internal and external customers with a strong focus on customer service. Perform analysis while making business recommendations to improve the integrity of the eligibility information within a mainframe.Qualifications : Strong understanding of eligibility concepts and the enrollment process. Strong problem solving and customer service skills. effective communicator. Ability to work independently. Strong presentation skills.Experience : At least 1 year experience in eligibility or enrollment. Technical experience working in a IBM mainframe environment. Preferred experience in health care or insurance industry. At least one year of relavent work experience that includes customer service duties in a fast-paced work environment.
