The Care Group is a statewide network of cardiologists, vascular specialists and primary care physicians whose mission is to provide a continuum of care to patients throughout the state of Indiana. A wide variety of diagnostic and treatment options, along with conveniently located facilities, allow testing to be performed on an outpatient basis, decreasing costs while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Responsibilities for this position include phone triage, patient care and education. Candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years cardiac experience with ACLS and CPR.
