Senior level Human Resources professional position has significant emphasis on intra-organization relations, as the role will serve as the Executive Liaison support for a consortium of related global trust and foundation funding facilities. The Global Initiatives Team is designed for fulfillment planning and implementation of humanitarian, technological, film and media objectives.

Position Location: Los Angeles, CA - Relocation Paid.

Position Responsibilities

The individual will be a role model and will foster a culture that reflects new paradigm consciousness core value awareness, throughout the organizations served in integrated HR and consultancy engagements.

As strategic advisor to the Executive Liaison, provides support on organization effectiveness, talent management and executive development of the Global Initiatives Team staff.

Leads in the formulation and execution of global human resource, consultant services strategies and performance management, development and implementation of plans, goals, objectives, policies and procedures, seeks input from others on the Global Initiatives Team when developing overall plans, strategies and goals. Is responsible for achievement of organizational goals and objectives.

Skills:

Successful history with International HR teams and consultant service organizations. Relative understanding and recognition of international laws and cultures. Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and business acumen integrity, leadership and objectivity. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial challenging environment and travel internationally on a regular basis.

Qualifications and Requirements:

BA in Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or Human Resources.
5 yrs practical experience in human resource functions with multi-national corporations.
Strong problem solving abilities and experience handling sensitive and confidential information. Knowledge and experience in microfinance and international assignment support.

TEAMS OVERVIEW

Acting administrative arm and human resource center for a consortium of related global trust and foundation funding facilities

· Global Initiatives Team or otherwise referred to as “The Dream Team”, operations funded under the auspicious of a planned trust.

· Coordinated facilitation of Executive Liaison responsibilities including HR development and management for the Global Initiatives Team and diversified team divisions.

· Ongoing funded projects/programs accountability standards assessments and reporting.

· Global humanitarian sustainability delineations and formulation, project by project basis.

· Presidential proactive team in fulfillment of partner objectives with the U.S. Government and our funding facilities, continuing domestic economic stimulus.

· United Nations multilateral project funding with membership nations, including, G-7 and G-20 relationships.

· Event planning for high-level meetings and public awareness programming domestic and international.

· Production Company designed to create feature films, audio, video, television and media productions for syndications and global distribution.

· IT teams for Internet related web-systems, web-portals, business portals, public relations, multimedia, media and advertising projects.

· City and Eco Village Builders utilizing state of art green and alternative technologies, projects worldwide.
