Looking to recruit an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team immediately. The position will require the supervisor to assist the Sales Manager in leading, directing and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives. Must be knowledgeable in revising and implementing sales strategies plans and generating sales opportunities. The position will be in charge of providing a professional and excellent level of customer service with new customers.
The candidate will be trained to answer questions, concerns, and product/service questions.
Candidate must have a proven track record in managing and directing a highly skilled, motivated, successful and results-oriented sales force and must have strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills. Will be required to operate in a fast-paced and changing market environment. We are looking for a candidate with a strong analytical mind with high level of maturity that is self-driven and resulted oriented and able to lead a sales team.
