Physical Therapist needed to for expanding Home Health Company. WIll provide physical therapy to clients in their home environments. Will see ortho, cardiac, neuro, cardiopulmonary,vestibular, etc. Will see: hip and knee replacements, shoulders, backs, necks, MI's, Parkinson's, post CABG, balance,etc. Evaluations and re-evaluations, care plans, patient and family education, discharges, wheelchair, crutch and gait training, strengthening and conditioning, etc
Prefer a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist. Educational requirements contained in this field supercede any educational requirements contained elsewhere in this job posting.
