Sizer Product Manager

The Product Manager is responsible for the marketing mix and the development and implementation of the "sizer" program. Manages the development and marketing of the Sizer product line.

• Travels as required to promote the Sizer and develop sales opportunities. Approx. 50% travel.
• Develops, implements and maintains in-house procedures for: quote preparation, equipment application, lead follow-up, manufacturing cost estimates, order implementation structure, and lab testing.
• Recommends product upgrades, and interfaces with the engineering department throughout the development process.
• Assists in developing and implementing marketing communication plan to increase exposure of the Sizer.
• Adheres to and participates in the development of expense and bookings forecasts.
• Develops and maintains field sales manual.
• Trains PCC field service personnel in startup and troubleshooting procedures.
• Trains all personnel, as applicable, in the product line capabilities and design.
• In general, sees to the integration and continual improvement thereof with respect to the Sizer product line into the PCC environment and organization.

Must Have:

• 5+ years selling capital equipment into the coal mining industry
• Experience to include being in the field often - selling coal mining capital equipment
• Strong analytics
• 4 year degree – Prefers a Mechanical or Mining Engineer
