Maxim Healthcare Services Fort Wayne, IN office is seeking qualified CNAs and HHAs for Homecare Nursing opportunities in the Columbia City, Warsaw, Fort Wayne, Auburn, Huntington and Kendallville, IN area. At this time, all shifts are available seven days per week on a Full Time or Part Time schedule. All CNAs and HHAs who have at least one year of Healthcare experience are encouraged to apply. We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA or nurse aides, orderlies, patient care technicians, home health aides) to work within our clients homes providing support with daily living tasks, and personal care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Our qualified Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work closely with patients and are responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding. Maxim CNAs ensure our patients receive essential social and emotional support and provide vital information on patient conditions to nurses. We are also seeking compassionate Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to work within our clients homes providing support with daily living tasks, under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Our qualified Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) work closely with patients and are responsible for basic care services such as bathing, grooming, and feeding. CNA Qualifications - Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Minimum one (1) year of CNA experience required, based on state requirements, with home health experience preferred - Current CPR certification, based on state requirements - Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements - Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray - Reliable transportation CHHA Qualifications - Current, unencumbered state certification to practice as a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Minimum one (1) year of CHHA experience required, based on state requirements. - Current CPR certification, based on state requirements - Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements - Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray - Reliable transportation Educational requirements contained in this field supercede any educational requirements contained elsewhere in this job posting.
