Maxim Healthcare s Des Plaines, IL office is seeking qualified RNs and LPNs for a Pediatric Homecare case in Grayslake, IL. If you are a nurse and interested in providing care for a 10 month old girl, we have the perfect opportunity available for you! At this time, Day and Night shifts are available seven days per week on a Full Time, Part Time or Per Diem schedule. We encourage all RNs and LPNs who have been licensed for at least one year to apply. Any prior experience with Pediatric, Trach and/or G-Tube Care is a plus! We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work within our clients homes providing direct patient care. Working with the physician, Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) develop and manage nursing care plans, as well as instruct patients and their families in proper treatment, helping individuals and groups take steps to improve or maintain health. As a Maxim RN/LPN you will be responsible for following a physician established plan of treatment under the direction of our Director of Clinical Services. Maxim believes that qualified nurses are advocates and health educators for patients, families and communities.
- Current, unencumbered state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)/ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Minimum one (1) year of nursing experience required with home health experience preferred - Current CPR certification - Copy of updated Physical, based on state requirements - Copy of updated TB results/ Chest x-ray - Reliable transportation Educational requirements contained in this field supercede any educational requirements contained elsewhere in this job posting.
