What will you do?
As the Customer Support Representative, you will provide administrative support in our Scottsdale office. You will support the daily needs for our clients, therefore are an integral member of the client services team. In addition to daily activities you will receive, implement, and coordinate relevant projects through to completion. Activities will center around supporting the Medical Triage software enrollments and related data and reporting systems. Other duties include:
• Account Management Support: Maintain hard copy enrollment materials, customer files, research daily error reports and service issues for customers. Assist on special projects for the CSRs such as clinic research
• Assist customers in program enrollment and implementation, which includes coordinating data base uploads, running test reports and assisting in new client enrollments.
• General computer data base support and assistance: Low volume in bound phones, general office organization, and periodic computer reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually).
• Other duties may be assigned.

Are you right for us?
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or a minimum of 3-6 years of customer service experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word
• Must have highly developed written and verbal communication skills
