Seeking full time Physical Therapist for permanent position in our LTC/SNF settings. This company is a leading provider of physical rehabilitation program management services in hospitals, nursing homes and other long-term care facilities. They also own and operate freestanding rehabilitation and long-term acute care hospitals. They provide therapy management services for the entire post-acute continuum of care.
