Our client is one of the Canada’s leading professional services firms, providing audit, tax, consulting, financial advisory, and enterprise risk services to a wide range of Canadian and international clients.

Responsibilities
1) Develop solutions through debate and discussion (in teams and with clients)
2) Work with high profile clients on a variety of Canadian and international engagements
3) Provide value added consultative solutions to our clients on current business and financial conditions
4) Manage the overall planning, pricing, and execution of audit engagements
5) Plan and lead teams while mentoring as well as coaching them to their highest potential
6) Assist in the recruitment and training of junior practitioners
7) Contribute to practice growth and development

Requirements
1) Undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials
2) CA designation or equivalent certification
3) Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
4) Experience in project problem diagnosis, solution development, and client communications
5) Experience in facilitation of decision-making, documentation, managing client expectations, and team leadership
6) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
7) Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountability
8) Strong commitment to professional and client service excellence
9) Ability to enter the US to work on client assignments
10) Willingness to travel within Canada as well as internationally (occasional)
