Our client, a leading public company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer to join their company.

Responsibilities
1) Define the corporate finance strategy in line with the company’s overall strategy and mission
2) Ensure that the finance function is positioned as a key service provider and partner to the business
3) Direct & facilitate the preparation and consolidation of the annual and long-term capital, operating & revenue budgets and business plans
4) Support senior management with data, analyses, information and expert knowledge & advice
5) Direct the development of the finance, accounting and reporting policies, procedures systems & personnel
6) Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree and a designation (CA, CGA, CMA, CPA)
2) 5 years of senior management experience in a public company
3) Excellent finance and management skills
4) Superb organizational and detail-orientation skills
