Job Title : Assistant Laboratory Director
Location : Roswell, NM

Full Requirement :
Description:

Responsible for assisting the laboratory director in the planning, coordinating, and supervising all of the functions within the shift including testing, staffing, training, scheduling, maintaining supplies, and relating with Laboratory administration, other laboratories, nursing service, and physicians. Ensures that services are of the best quality, are cost contained, and are carried out in an expeditious manner. Performs laboratory testing as needed or required. Prepares shift schedules making sure that appropriate staffing levels are met. Assists with competency assessment.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree in MT required and ASCP.

Experience:
2 years experience as a Medical Technologist. Management experience is a must.

Certifications / Licenses:
- BLS Required
- ACLS and PALS preferred
