The Collector works under the direct supervision of the Collections Supervisor. Primary Responsibilities:* Able to handle high volume of outbound phone calls through use of predictive dialer.* Manage assigned portfolio of accounts to achieve company collection objectives.* Take inbound customer service and collection calls. Job requirements: * 1 to 2 years collections experience preferred. * Prior experience working a predictive dialer is a plus.* High school diploma or GED.* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to include phone etiquette in a professional collections environment. * Must be able to work Monday thru Thursday 12pm-9pm; Fridays 10am-7pm and some Saturdays and Sundays.* Ability to navigate a Windows based account management collections system.* Experience in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and e-mail.
