ABOUT FAIRYTALE BROWNIES~

It all began with the Fairytale of Two Childhood Friends Making the World a Sweeter Place!
With a friendship since kindergarten and a promise since high school, Fairytale Brownies was founded in the Fall of 1992 by David Kravetz and Eileen Spitalny. Baking late at night in a friend's catering kitchen - with many helpers and a secret 49-year-old recipe belonging to David's Mother -our dream came true!

Fairytale Brownies also donates tens of thousands of pounds of brownies to the Society of St. Vincent De Paul in the Phoenix metro area. Nationally, we support KaBOOM!, the non-profit organization dedicated to creating safe places for kids to play. We met on the playground, so we think it's an appropriate way to help.

Fairytale Brownies has received rave reviews in publications such as The New York Times, USA Today and The Wine Spectator and has been featured in a segment of Food Finds on The Food Network.

JOB DUTIES:

*Answer incoming wholesale leads and respond to all sales leads via phone and online communication
*Identify sales prospects (retail, direct, distributor, drop ship) and other accounts as assigned
*Process & administer pricing proposals, vendor contracts & new item/promotional forms in a timely & accurate manner
*Coordinate merchandising materials and demonstrations
*Participate in trade shows and demonstrations; travel may be required
*Weekly contact to existing customers to maintain order and service levels
*Process and proof all wholesale orders
*Place outbound wholesale calls from leads list
*Maintain vendor relationships (reps, brokers, demo companies)
*Maintain accurate and current records of all transactions
*Monitor competition by gathering information on other products, prices, positioning, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques & point of sale promotion materials
*Provide information and samples to prospective buyers
*Responsible for producing and tracking wholesale status reports

Qualifications:

*Customer service and sales experience is required
*Food Industry experience is a plus
*Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
*Proficient in Microsoft Office
*Accurate typing, spelling, grammar and math skills
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to perform repetitive bending and lifting of up to 50 lbs.
*Self motivated and organized
*Ability to work independently
*Performs all of the above duties to the best of one's ability, and with the utmost integrity, honesty and efficiency
