Russ Hadick & Associates has partnered with a growing Southwest, OH Company to find and qualify candidates for their Manufacturing Project Engineer position. This person will lead integration of new products and technology to manufacturing and serve as liaison between manufacturing and R&D. He/she will be responsible for researching, selecting, designing, and implementing new equipment to modernize the factory. This person will also make recommendations and execute manufacturing capital budget to achieve improvements in manufacturing efficiency and productivity.Candidates should be from an electronics product/industry background, be well versed in various manufacturing processes and assembly methods for low-volume, complex products (generally high volume/assembly line background is not a good fit). Candidates should also have experience with Solidworks 3D and Autocad design tools; 4 year degree in mechanical engineering (strongly prefer a BSME). Experience with new product development teams, able to manage projects, and able to fix process related issues.Experience with capital budget planning, managing pilot production runs, and working with floor operators & production workers to refine tools such as process charts is preferred.
