com Responsibilities include: Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan. You will serve meals to residents in the dining room or the apartment. Recording and reporting changes in resident''s eating habits to supervisor. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Supervision of self-administered medication to residents following company and regulatory guidelines. Report any change in resident''s health and provides proper documentation to the LVN and/or Assisted Living Manager. Respond quickly to all emergencies.
