Central Texas is searching for 2 case manager RNs. This is for a home health group. All candidates should have home health AND case manager experience. You will be responsible for a set number of patients and admitting and discharging those patients. Enjoy stable hours of 8am to 5pm from Monday through Friday. Compensation is negotiable.
